I work at Walmart,I make that no secret and as everyone knows Walmart is always a season ahead of the rest of the year to keep up with demand.The Christmas freight is pouring in and it has to be dealt with.Any associate there will tell you that means long hours everyday,especially for management. To put it all in a nut shell i once again want to apologize to my friends for being somewhat absent as of late.I do truly miss you all as you have given me many hours of great conversation and companionship. Roloff Farms
Yesterday (Sunday 10-14) we went up to Hillsboro OR to the Roloff Farms where we have been 2 years in a row now for October. We go up there to pick some pumpkins and make a day trip to get away from home for awhile. The Roloff's are the stars of Little People, Big World on The Learning Channel. In my photo gallery I posted a pic of me holding an ugly pumpkin I found in the pumpkin patch. We met Amy and saw Matt and Jacob running around the farm working. We picked up 149 pounds of pumpkins and brought them back home. Tonight is the season opener on the Learning Channel for season five. We might be on TV a few months from now since the TV production crew was running around all over the place with cameras and there are cameras mounted all over to shoot things going on all over the farm to be shown on the show. And... yes, we will be going back again next year.

Invisability
It is so hard to love someone and have them treat you as if you were invisible, to totally ignore you and not even be able to say a kind word to you when you say something to them. To have that person treat you as if you are not important to them in any way, even tho they know that you love them and wish to have just a small piece of there attention even if it is only 5 mins. A Modern Age Dinosaur
I've come to the realization that I am relic from a bygone age. The age of marriage, commitment and permanence. I've come to realize that I want more out of life that a series of 'friends'. Deployment
Ok everyone so another deployment is coming up for my husbands unit. This will be our second and the first was a trip. I had no idea what to expect but i did learn a couple of things. 1. Don't cry when they leave, smile give them a hug, kiss (grope if you like to torture your spouse) have them hold the baby, but don't cry till after they leave.....it makes them feel not as horrible as they leave you to get on the bus. 2. Get a babysitter for the first night cause you'll probably have a friend like mine who gets you tipsy on wine and than lets you cry in the shower. 3. Don't expect phone calls until at least 3 weeks after they leave....because if you do you'll drive yourself crazy. 4. Don't watch CNN or news channels, you'll never leave the living room you'll never change channels unless its to change the channel to another news channel while the first one is on commercials. Ok so this is my first ever blog so please bear with me. As I wasn't sure what i was supposed to put in here i thought id check out other blogs and see what they were about. I've Met My First Person Off Of Fubar :)

I sit here today pondering the question...What is Reality Anyway? I know that I have been told that I need to get a "Reality Check" on several occasions, but my question always remains. I have received many emails from concerned friends wanting to know why I haven't responded to their emails, so I thought I would post a blog to explain why I haven't been online, even tho my status said I was. As some of you know, my Mother became very ill a couple of weeks ago. She was diagnosed with Diversticulitis. On Wednesday of last week she became even more ill with the flu. I had been sick, as well, for some time now. I had a number of tests run and was still waiting for the results when I began caring for my Mother. I am rarely ever sick, but for some unknown reason, I have been plagued by illness the last few months. On Friday of last week my oldest son, Alex, became ill with the flu, as well as my Step-brother, Coty. I too, had to be taken to the Dr. by Alex on Thursday morning, I had developed pneumonia. Basically, everyone in my family had fallen ill, and we had no one to care for us. Saturday morning, I awoke, and felt like I had been run over by a semi. Every part

Back in Nola and believe me I missed it here. Pop is doing fine, he is in less pain then he was in before the surgery and thats awesome in my book. I've been wanting to do this for a long time, but could never finish! You see, Kianna was my best friend, sister, partner in crime, my closest confidant, and the one who was always there for me and helping me out. My Life, As A Realtor Sitcom
My life, as a Realtor sitcom Current mood: tired Category: Jobs, Work, Careers Well holy crap. WTF happened to my day? As a Realtor, there are days where you do NOTHING but drive, Drive, DRIVE! Today, was one of these such days. It goes with the job, so that’s usually a-ok. However, the way the events of my day all played out made me feel like the Universe was looking for a new sitcom star, and had zoned in upon ME as the leading lady. My day started a bit rocky, as I was hung-over from a night of "un-corking" over a few bottles of wine with my BFF Trish. We have these girly nights at least once a month, and it helps us vent and laugh about our crazy lives. Astonishingly enough, I did actually manage to drag myself up off of her couch be 8 am, in spite of a raging headache and hangover. Today, I had a mission: Get two ACR’s signed (Affidavit of Compliance and Responsibility...A fancy way of saying, "I accept the repairs on this house, and promise to fix them in 6 months"

Yes you read that right, there is a way to get all the MP3s you want for only 40 bucks, and they are legit. Let me tell ya how, but first lets think back into the past, like the 80s. Back then we use to use cassette tapes for music, so we would buy blanks and record the songs off the radio. Well guess what we now have a similar way to do it these days in the Digital Age. Plz Pray For Cameron, Carson & Caleigh
Saturday morning, my 3 young cousins were in a car accident. Cameron, 8 years old, was in the front passenger seat of the car. She was in front of her 6 year old brother, Carson. Caleigh, just 2 months shy of turning 5, was in the back seat behind the driver in her carseat. The car they were in was hit on the passenger side... head on to Cameron and Carson. They got the blunt of the hit. The driver of the car with my cousins, is currently in jail pending charges. Cameron, is in critical condition. She has a fractured skull, swelling of the brain, seizures as a result. She is bleeding internally and in the lungs. They cannot do anything for her at this time as they can't sedate her because of the seizures. They were finally able to send her for the CT Scan about 2 hours ago. Results aren't back yet from that. There is not any change in her condition as of then. She had flatlined in the hospital in Sumter and was Life Flighted to the Regional Childrens Trauma Center in C

After my knee surgery back in October I wrote this... thought I would share with my Fu friends. Hope this offers some words of advise for someone! Sometimes life hands you more than you think you can handle, but in reality you are only given what you can handle. In the times of despair and uncertainly everyone feels blue, uneasy and disheveled. I have been in that very mood and "mental hole" for about three months now. I have finally pulled myself out of that position after looking at my life and realizing that the little bump in the road I hit was merely a test of myself will and trust me when you are hurt or otherwise unable to do the basic things to care for yourself this humbles a person. I can't freaking wait until tomorrow! Dez and I are heading off to Sanibel for a secret (ok, maybe since i've been shouting it from the rooftops it's not such a secret anymore) getaway to Sanibel Island! Well, I got a few more hours Home ALL Alone. Everyone will be home sometime this afternoon. After that I wont be on much the next couple of weeks. We will be really busy at Work starting Wednesday this week the 25th, and then starting on Sunday the 29th, I am on vacation, not sure where we are going yet, maybe the Outer Banks. So I wont be on much and then the Walmart I service will be moving into a new Superstore on July the 16th. Two California Highway Patrol Officers were conducting speeding enforcement on I-15, just north of the Marine Corps Air Station at Miramar .
