Physical Therapy.
What joys I begin my PHYSICAL THERAPY today, not sure how this shit works but DOC said that it's in my best interests to do so. I'm in none stop pain all the time from the treatments I've had over the year from MAY of 2008 till now.. My back & hips hurt so bad that sometimes I feel as if I'm going down an have a few times fucking myself up of course but at least I'm still here with my family & that there is worth all the pain I'm going through, if it wasn't for GOD/MY HUSBAND/FATHER-IN-LAW & MOTHER maybe things would have been different but I'm very happy to have such loving people around me to make things easier.. Today is my son's birthday, he turns 15. First long ride since the dog bite incident. Also my first time on my road bike since then and it was my 2 year anniversary of buying this bike! Felt good the whole time, except when we stopped at Sahuaro Ranch Park, had a twinge in my ankle for a bit. It was good to see some old cycling friends! My Testimony (relatively Long)
First, let me say that I'm not "talking down" to you. So, if I sound condascending, I certainly dont mean to. I dont know where to begin. First of all, I need to thank God for even being here today. I'll start off with the "bad" news. I was born with a birth defect (a slight case of cerebral palsy). My left arm is virtually useless and my left leg is really weak. Also, my left leg is about 1/2 longer than my right. Because of this, I walk with a limp. I also have epilepsy (under medication - Thank the Lord Jesus). When I was a child, some doctors examined me. According to them, I would be in my teens before I would learn to walk or talk. I may never learn how to read. And I would never learn how to ride a bicycle, or get a driver's licence.
