When Love Goes Bad
I have made a realization this past week. I am by no means perfect. I have hurt someone I really care about and maybe I am running scared. I don't really know but it isn't the same no longer. At least not like when we first met on here and yes I will take blame for the downfall but I lost a piece of me when I felt like me being me was causing problems so i changed. Now I realize I am not happy being who I am. I want to be the old me and it is causing problems. I am sorry for what I have done to this person but it obviously wasn't ment to be. If it was I would still be the same person when we first met on here and I am not. People can make their own judgements on me that is fine. I can understand but I did love him with my whole heart at one point but things changed. To him I am sorry for hurting you and you didn't deserve any of it. It's Monday
It's Monday, my first day back to work. I've been on steroids since last week, and vicodin, and so I do think that there are some signs of improvement. From the steroids mostly I'm sure. The vicodin dulls the pain, but it never really goes away. What has helped the most is that I've been walking a mile or so a few times a day. I got up at 5 this morning, and got in a walk, loosened everything up, then took my meds, had breakfast, and off to work by 6. So far, so good. I have a short day today, and am off tomorrow again to take my wife to the neurosurgeon, but the intense pain is gone, now hopefully I'm healing...again.

I have now spent a total of 4 hours on the phone with Apple and my internet provider down here. Nothing as been resolved. This all started because my printer won't work. Well I need to download updates. Every time I try to download the updates it says "connection reset by peer" and cancels the download. Apple said it was the internet connection and the internet people say it's Apple. Well I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with this guy from Apple who had no idea what he was doing. He was actually quite annoying. Just that irritating kind of guy. He did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation other than waste my cell minutes. Now he says I have to call back later and have them talk me through a re-install. If I lose all my files I swear I'm going to flip my fucking lid. I just want my printer to work. Now for the last couple of days, I've been paying attention to the Beijing Olympics. Really, I have. So far I've been impressed with the Men's Basketball Team beating China on Sunday. This is not "The Dream Team" from 1992, but Kobe Bryant and company have labeled themselves as "The Redeem Team". And so far, they are redeeming themselves from Athens four years ago. Amazing What One Pissed Off Woman Can Do
the saga continues ... Arrived at work today to see that there is still a homeless camp set up across my mall parking lot. After the events of yesterday and trying to get action on this issue for some time now I pretty much became a woman on a mission and decided enough is enough. Marched down to the Salvation Army office who IMO is the main reason we have this issue in our mall and that the actions they take can eliminate the issue if they so choose ( planning on mumming that one ) I demanded and organized a mall meeting for tomorrow 9 am. Deciding the mall getting together was not good enough and I wanted this issue finished with once and for all I started making phone calls. In a few hours I convinced the citys head by law enforcement officer they HAD to attend and got the reporter from yesterday to agree as well. Went to the Kindergarten open house today. It was really very nice. I like my daughter's teacher. I want to thank all my Fu-Friends for being so concerned about my Dad. They no longer think he has a Brain infection. He has a build up of carbon dixioide. He is suppose to sleep with a CPAP and has not been doing so the past 2 months. So he will be going home in a few days or so. They have put him on a BIPAP-S. He sounds much better. I don't know bout his jerks and tremmors yet. They were still occuring yesterday. We will have to wait and see. Thanks again for all your prayers and the much needed laughs. XXOO to ALL DUH :-)

Many months ago I met one of the most wonderful and exciting people I have ever known. Immediately we were into each other but both very cautious. Her name is Stacy. SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 3 cups sweet potatoes, about 4 goo sized ones 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter 2 beaten eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup milk Topping: 1/3 cup melted butter 1 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 1 cup chopped pecans Boil and mash potatoes. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. TOPPING: Melt butter and mix in the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potatoe mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 10 to 12 servings

Mississippi Mud Cake 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 (7-oz) jar marshmallow creme 1 cup shortening 1 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup cocoa 1/4 cup chopped nuts Prepare a 13x9x2 inch pan. Cream sugar and shortening. Beat in one egg at a time. Sift together dry ingredients and add. Combine remaining ingredients EXCEPT marshmallow creme into mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Spread jar of marshmallow creme on cake while hot. Combine: 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 box powdered sugar 1/4 cup Milnot 1/3 cup cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup nuts Spread on cooled cake.

Ingredients 3/4 cup butter, softened 1 cup confectioners' sugar 3 egg yolks 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom 1 1/2 cups ground roasted and salted pistachios Cherry jam Directions In a large bowl, beat butter and confectioners' sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in egg yolks until combined. In a small bowl, combine flour, nutmeg and cardamom. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until combined. Beat in ground pistachios. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with a 2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter. Cut out centers of half the cookies with a 1/2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter. Place cookies 2 inches apart on baking sheets, and bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. So, today my dried up piece of shit main boass came in to do breakfast at 5 30, and matter of factly announced that from now on I get to do the breakfast for the entire hotel.
