Mexican Green Enchiladas
MEXICAN GREEN ENCHILADAS 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1/2 lb. American cheese 1 sm. can green chili peppers 1 pkg. green onion dip mix 1 lb. ground meat 1 doz. tortillas 1/2 c. cooking oil 1 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. minced garlic 1/4 lb. longhorn cheese, grated Heat soup, milk and cheese until cheese melts; add chopped chili peppers and green onion dip mix. Brown meat, garlic and salt, drain. Add longhorn cheese and onion to meat. Warm tortillas in oil and fill with meat mixture. Roll and place in baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over top of tortillas. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

My Trip!
This is gonna be a long one, so pour yourself a pint of Guinness and get settled in! So, as you may have already gathered, I have returned from vacation. Yay! For those who missed it, I was in London for three days, then in Ireland for just over a week. I have exactly one crapton of pictures, but seeing as how I just got in last night and had to work this morning, I haven't had time to sort through them yet. I managed to see most of the major sights thanks to one of those awesome double-decker bus tours. Didn't have time to go in the British Museum though. Boo! I did get to have tea in the crypt of St. Martins-in-the-Field church, just off of Trafalgar Square. It was neat! London has an interesting feel to it. Remembering Those Who Have Passed.
It is my believe that we all have lost someone in our life or at least know of someone who has lost someone in their life. It doesn't seem fair, that they are taking away from us. Although it's sad to lose someone and even it hurts us. For me I try like hell to remember the good things about those I've lost in my life. I won't lie though... It's trying and often painful, because I wish they were still here with us. But then again, I know they are in a better place and that alone is comforting to know. I was pretty young (4 1/2 years old) when we lost my Uncle Curtis. Being young at the time of his passing... I really didn't understand why he wasn't around anymore. Uncle Curtis was autistic. He didn't like being in crowds and was pretty choosy of who he liked. I was one of those who he liked. Because I was a kid who spoke very little. My mother told me more then once, that I was his buddy. We often would watch Mr. Rogers on PBS. My little brother Kody would often pester Uncle Curtis

Updates On Mother
My mother had a stroke Sunday luckly she was already in the hospital, she had under gone knee replacement surgery in both knees! They have her in Icu now b/c she can't talk, or use the right side of her body, or even swallow it goes back into her lungs. Doctors say we should see improvement alil everyday but it will be a very very long road to recovery for her! I thank you for all the nice messages everyone sent to me and kind comments! So yesterday we got new living room furniture. I like it, but being short sucks. When I sit all the way back, like you are suppose to, my feet don't touch the floor. But it is really nice. I Got My License
Finally i got my license. I wanted to get my license before my mom got home and was able to do it today. Unfortunately my friend was not able to go with me but i got my neighbor to go with me. I brought my permit down expecting to have to take a written test and i found out i had already took the test. So i went out and did a driving test and the lady said it was the first time she had ever given the driving test to anyone with hand controls. I thought tomorrow was suppose to be the bad luck day. What Does A Mom Do?
Guess I am kinda down in the dumps today, more so then normal. I have 3 son's who are in their 20's , one is just turning 18. I have a son name Christian who is a smart ass but very social able most of the time level headed. He moved out of our home when he was 16, reasons I can only guess at a few. People On Fubar
I have learned more and more everyday that the people on here are user and abuser. And whoever hacked my page made me realize something.... I dont need all those friends that didnt do shit for me. So I am going to be deleting the people that dont rate or show me attention. I dont ask you to buy me things or spoil me. I just want to be rated. I notice I get more attention from the ones that are not my friends and less attention from my closest friends. So I think I need to reconsider and think about who my friends really are or even true friends really exist on this site. Worried
I found out when I got home from my morning class that my girl Boxer, Dixie, had a seizure. Anyone who knows how much I love my dogs knows how worried I am. Dad took her to the vet. She definaely didn't have a stroke, but the vet is sure she had a seizure when my dad told him what had happened. He took some bloodwork and will call us tomorrow. She won't lay down. She seems so lethargic, like she will end up sleeping on her feet. She's been pacing for over an hour already and that's just since I've been home.

So Tired
So I am a little tired, a lot annoyed, and pretty sore. Saturday I got a DWI. It's bullshit, and they scouted us at the bar, and there were quite a few people getting pulled over and hauled in. But it was my fault, and I accept that totally. This morning though, I totalled my truck. I was driving into work when a good ways up ahead some people were slamming on their brakes, and instinctively, I did as well. Unfortunately for me though, I drive a standard, and that killed my engine. Once the engine dies, there's no power steering, and it's slower to stop. I smashed my front end into the back of someone. Amazingly, not even a scratch on his vehicle. Mine though, pushed the front end in a few inches, folded my bumper into the radiator, and pushed in enough steel to make opening my door very hard. I guess I'm lucky it wasn't worse, but I don't feel that way. I just want to crawl into bed, wake up tomorrow and see this has all been some surreal dream, and that none of it happened.

Just Trying To Get It All Out
Have you ever been hurt so bad that you didnt think that the pain would ever end? I have. Im only writing this out so I can get all my thoughts out in one Place. So in just over 18h my mom have graduated collage and be on aq bus to Bamff Alberta. This is the change that I know she needs but I feel like everything around me if falling a part with her leaving. Dont Bring Me Your Drama
Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday. tomorrow at 3:18pm, a tiny 1lb 6oz miracle was born by c-section 25 weeks early 7yrs ago. She let out a tiny fighting yell and she was handed off to the team of doctors to be stabilized and given her Apgar score, hers were 5 and 9 @ 1 and 5 minutes!. She lived in the NICU in an incubator for 14 weeks. I could not hold her until she was almost 5 weeks old due to the fact she was sooooo premature and tiny so her nervous system could not take even the smallest touch. Here lately I ask myslef why in the world does god decide to take people that are loved. July 10th, 2006 I lost my grandpa....after a very couragous battle with cancer and other health complications. It is amazing that even though he knew that he was dying he looked at everyday with a smile on his face and one more day he could be with his family. Not even 6 weeks after that we lost my grandma in-law. Even though she was a grandma by marriage she was still my grandma and accepted me as me. I never in my life had to deal with deaths this close in my life. And not only had it been hard on me it was just as hard for my children, they were all lucky to be able to have relationships with them. I had all my great grandparents and grandparents all my life. Even though they are truley missed and we think of them on a daily basis we know that they are above watching over us. One day we will all be together once again. Love you both very much!

just made my connection in london, as the plane took off late in brussels (fog in london). Would Friday 13th have a kinky meaning after all ??? Lately it has come to my attention that ppl don't care about me or my opinion as much as I tend to care about theirs. why do people who say they are your friends get mad at the stupidest shit in the owrld just cause u do something and they treat u like u are 10 when u are clearly older than that and can make your own decissions abotu what u do and who u do and were u go and they think they have control over you when u are just a friend and nothing more than that to them in the end they treat u like u are nothign to them and that u cant make up your own mind up about anyhting at all and that they think u are so stupid that u are a a little speck of dust on the ground that they sweep up and throw away ........ and treat u like u knwo nothing it jsut pisses me off than not speak to you casue they are pissed off at you for more than one or two reasons jsut casue u wont do something they think is right and u have your own oppiions and u are very open and tell people things stright upa nd not sugar coat shit any more and u are so tired of being pushed around by everyone that u jsut dont give a shit any
