It's Late And I'm Half Asleep...
It’s late, and I’m half asleep. Okay...Strap in, I have some time to kill. Life Lessons...they suck. That's the truth of it. There is no way out of life without learning a thing or two. Well, there are some people who have managed it, but only through an unimaginable amount of ignorance. I like to call these people RELIGOUS FUNDIMENTALISTS. Thats right. Their assholes. No real exceptions to that one. Just so you know, This really won't have a coherent point. Actually none of my blogs do, but this one less then most. I've always viewed life as a maze. If you've read my blog by the same name you'd know this. But recently I've been thinking of it more as a tunnel that has no end. No white light at the end and no real entrance. Like a doughnut in a mountain. You just keep on moving through the same thing, but each rotation is minutly diffrent. Nothing noticable, just some small detail that wasn't the same the last time.

My Dad
A week ago today, I posted in my status that my dad had been taken to the hospital. He suffered from a ruptured Abdominal Aorta Aneurysm. For those that have looked this up, it is a silent killer. Those that survive usually end up suffering from multiple organ failure etc. He had collapsed in the shower and was rushed to the emergency room where the aneurysm was discovered. He lost 6 liters of blood. That is all the blood we have in our body! He was taken in for emergency surgery and given 20% chance of surviving it. He did. Saturday morning he suffered a minor heart attack due to the blood loss and was again taken into surgery. He was in a medically induced coma for a few days, they brought him out of it sooner than expected. A week later and he is awake and alert, although while he remembers his name and DOB, he thinks he's in a beauty salon. Really, Dad? LOL He referred to the computer in the hospital room as the "black refrigerator". The doctors are pretty sure he did not suffer

Curious Writings During The Night...
I was searching for a piece of paper and of course my first thought is to look next to my bed since all writers are more than likely to keep a notebook there. It has been over a month now, since I last heard from my fu wife, whom I was fu married to on the 1st of March. This week, I was smart enough to bring my computer to New Jersey with me - which means I'll have access to the internet again. This leads to the next pet-peeve I have about this hotel: the nearest outlet actually turns off when I turn off the hotel room lights. So, if I want to turn the lights down and watch a DVD, the PC will actually shut down when I flick the switch all the way by the door. What I Did For Thanksgiving...
What a great day Thanksgiving can be. Spending the day just relaxing and eating all kinds of great food. Seeing family members that I havent seen in almost 13 years. So last night held some amazingly vivid dreams. Nothing like normal, and yet following a pattern to a series. Living Alone

Wanna See My Skunk Bite???
Me and the wife were up at the lake. We were sitting outside in between the lake and the neihbors deck when we heard a rustling. Then a skunk came be-bopin around the corner.
