Fire-roasted Tomato Quesadillas
Hands On: 30 minutes Total: 30 minutes Makes: 6 servings (1 quesadilla plus 1-1/2 tablespoons 'salsa' each) Ingredients 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained 2/3 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed 2/3 cup drained, rinsed Ranch Style Black Beans 1/3 cup chopped white onion 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 teaspoon lime juice 2 cups shredded Chihuahua or Monterey Jack cheese (2 cups = 8 oz) 6 flour tortillas (8 inch) Lime wedges and sour cream, optional Directions 1. Make 'salsa': place drained tomatoes in large bowl; mash into smaller pieces with fork. Mix in corn, beans, onion, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, cumin, red pepper and lime juice. 2. Monday, July 30th, 2007 By Adam Thomas The Department of Defense is planning to implant microchips in soldiers’ brains for monitoring their health information, and has already awarded a $1.6 million contract to the Center for Bioelectronics, Biosensors and Biochips (C3B) at Clemson University for the development of an implantable “biochip”. Soldiers fear that the biochip, about the size of a grain of rice, which measures and relays information on soldiers vital signs 24 hours a day, can be used to put them under surveillance even when they are off duty. Sad News: Rip Pillsbury Dough Boy
Sad News Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71. Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. Awesome Halloween
ok my halloween went soo freakin well..i just had to share..lol. well school was ok..economics was boring as usual..i was the only person that dressed up in my class..so screw the halloween poopers. when i got out...i ran into the little kids from the day care and omg they were super super cute. i just had to take a pic of them. anyhoo...work was fun..christine was laughing while i was making dirty jokes. *whispers* it came out of my psychology book...lol. after work..i came home..talked to tj and got ready for the concert at murray hill. tj went with me and met jennifer, brittany, and kim. we had a BLAST! its been a while since ive had this much fun. me and tj really enjoyed ourselves and damnit we cant wait for planetfest! haha ok while second thief was playing..the lead singer was dressed up as jigsaw and someone yelled out " i wanna play a game with you!" omg it was soo hilarious. lots of people were dressed up as sweeney todd and the joker. just awesome. afterwards we went to ihop

Pumped Up Grilled Cheese
SERVES 1 , 1 sandwich (change servings and units) Ingredients * Velveeta cheese * 3 slices bacon, cooked * 1/3 tomato, sliced * 2 slices bread Directions 1. Lightly butter one slice of bread and place on plate, butter side down. 2. Place thin slices of Velveeta, to cover, or thickness you like, on upturned bread. 3. Place 3 slices cooked bacon on top of Velveeta. 4. Place 1 thick slice of tomato on top of bacon. 5. Lightly butter one slice of bread and place on top of filling, butter side up. 6. Heat frying pan on medium heat. When hot, slide sandwich into pan. Cook until lightly browned. Flip sandwich and cook other side until lightly browned. 7. Cool a bit before eating, especially if made for a small child. Enjoy!

New Purse
I don't care what anyone thinks, I think gift cards are the best gifts EVER. Case and point, my uncle knew I wanted a Ross gift card instead he went to Ross and bought me a top. It's not my size, but it still fits nicely. The thing is, I don't need anymore tops. If he had just gotten me the gift care I wouldn't have had to pay a dime for my new purse today. My stepdad on the other hand got me a gift card. It should be a sin to own as much clothing as I do and not get to wear a lot of it because of work, so I decided to get a new purse. The New Easy Rates
It used to be easy to make your pics smaller and rate them quickly. But with the new system that doesn't work any more. The new easy rates I have found are if you actually start with the last picture and rate backwards and rate the larger pics, because it gives the perfect amount of time between Pic rates to make it so the new infamous " slow down your rating too fast" doesn't pop up very often at all. Just a little helpful hint to the frustrated Mass raters out there. There is always a Loop-Hole around every system anyone can come up with. You just have to be willing to look for it.

I was sent a delightful film of a snail crossing a slatted bench that had flaky paint on. It had to bridge between two slats to cross. +++++ With a start Macawber opened his tightly closed eyes and looked down to see what had wakened him from his perch on the back of a park bench. A guy who purchased his lovely wife a pocket Taser for their anniversary submitted this: Last weekend I saw something at Larry's Pistol & Pawn Shop that sparked my interest. Well it's been a while... but I think i finally got it all together. With a recent move to GA from NY and a new creative streak we (The Local) hit the studio tomorrow. Do it's not so much that I lead a double life per se, but that I have a life that I don't share for general knowledge. Part of this life is what I do in my own, or someone else's bedroom. I think some people on here get to butthurt to easy. A friend of mine is trying to level and one of the requirements is to rate 50 a "1". So, she is going along and doing this requirement, and goes the this person's page (http://fubar.com/skip1967). So what does he do, he blocks her, really, i mean really. She tells some of us this. Out of disbelief i rate the user a "1", and i too, was blocked. We discuss this behavior some more. So, the rest of our friends have done the same. This is a game they had to do the same thing to level, so why get so butthurt and block someone for the same thing you had to do. This is crazy.
