Yummy Cake Ya'll Check This Out
Chocolate Strawberry Mousse Cake 1 cup 3 TB 2 pint baskets 2 cups 1/2 cup 2 TB 2 1/2 cups 1 TB Chocolate cookie or Chocolate graham cracker crumbs Butter or margarine, melted California strawberries, stemmed and halved Semisweet chocolate chips Water Light corn syrup Whipping cream, divided Sugar Oven Temp ~ Bake Time ~ Pan Type ~ 9" springform pan Spray pan with non-stick vegetable spray. In bowl, mix crumbs and butter to blend thoroughly. Press evenly onto bottom of 9-inch springform or cheesecake pan. Stand strawberry halves, touching, side-by-side, pointed ends up with cut sides against side of pan. Set aside. Place chocolate chips in blender. In small saucepan over medium heat, mix water and corn syrup; bring to boil and simmer 1 minute. Immediately pour over chocolate chips and blend until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Easy Chicken Taquitos
Ingredients: * 2 cups cooked shredded chicken * 1 can (10 oz.) mild enchilada sauce * 1 cup Shredded Mexican 4-Cheese blend * 1/2 cup minced onion * 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles * 1/2 tsp. garlic salt * 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil * 24 corn tortillas * Non-stick cooking spray Method In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Set aside. In a small skillet, heat oil. Using tongs, dip tortillas in oil about 5 seconds on each side; drain on paper towels. Keep warm. Place 2 tablespoons chicken mixture onto each tortilla; roll tortillas jellyroll fashion. Place seam-side down on a cookie sheet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. What To Do
Well I just wanted to make this short and sweet....like that ever is the case. All Fusion Dj's And Staff
We are soooo frustrated right now with the DJ's not showing up for their shift. Until now, we have both been understanding and just letting it slide. However, going forward 08/11/07 it will not slide anymore. If you miss and you cannot at the very least let someone know you will not be here, you will no longer be DJ'ing. I am sorry it has come to this point, however, it is not fair to either of us nor to your fellow DJ's. In addition to showing up or letting someone know u cannot make it, if you are DJ'ing you MUST be in the lounge. When Dave or Lori are DJing we are always in the lounge and it's the very least you can do to help make the people who do show up feel welcome and have someone to chat with. We have personally witnessed ppl coming into the lounge and no one being in to welcome them and them turning around and leaving. Well today pretty much sucked. I didnt get any sleep last night..and when i say no sleep...i mean not even a minute. So after i got home from taking my gram places she needed to go, my boyfriend left me go to sleep while him and our son went to my boyfriends sisters house. New Hurricane Dean Update
Fast-moving Hurricane Dean, the first hurricane in the Atlantic this season, passed through the Lesser Antilles earlier this morning via the St. Lucia Channel between Martinique and St. Lucia and has entered the eastern Caribbean Sea. Wind gusts have been clocked as high as 104 mph on Martinique. Dean has top sustained winds of 105 mph; a category 2 on the Saffir-Simpson scale. Additional strengthening is likely today and Dean may reach "major" hurricane status by this afternoon or evening. Dean's forecast track has become clearer, at least for the short term, and will likely bring dangerous hurricane conditions to Jamaica and the Cayman Islands on Sunday and Monday respectively. Those vacationing and residents of the Yucatan Peninsula and Cozumel should keep a concerned eye towards Dean for early in the upcoming week. One Of The Dumbest....
Ok, as most of you know, I'm not one to hide my dumb adventures, if i have any at all... 2 1/2 lbs chicken tenders or chicken breast cut in strips - no skin salt 4 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons paprika 2 eggs, slightly beaten 3 tablespoons milk 2/3 cups grated Parmesan cheese 2/3 cups grated Romano cheese 2/3 cups dry bread crumbs Heat oven to 400. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 9 x 13. Lightly salt chicken. Coat chicken with mixture in dish 1, dip chicken into dish 2, roll chicken in dish 3. Roll up strips and secure with a toothpick. Place chicken in pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 45 minutes or until done. May serve with several sauces - salsa, sweet and sour, BBQ, use your imagination. These empanadas are great as a main dish, a starter, or an addition to any meal. Ingredients: 2 small breast of cooked chicken 2 tsp of olive oil 1 medium onion 7.5 oz. of drained canned corn 15 oz. of canned black beans (strain and wash) 1 cup salsa hot sauce (optional) 1/4 cup green onions 3 cans of crescent rolls Directions: First, preheat oven to 375 degrees and drizzle olive oil into pan and heat up. Then, chop up onion and place into hot pan and reduce heat to medium stirring until slightly brown. Add corn and cook for about 1 minute. Then, add black beans, salsa, green onion, and 2 splashes of hot sauce (more or less to taste). Stir in chicken, remove from heat. Roll out 12 crescents so they are flat triangles. Baked Halibut W/savory Rice Dressing
6 (6 oz.) portions of halibut fillets DRESSING 2 cups minute rice prepared as directed on package 2 green onions, sliced (including green tops) 2 tsp. chopped dill 16 pitted black olives, sliced 4 tbsp. slivered almonds (optional) 1 egg, lightly beaten Mix above ingredients together. 2 cups flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 4 tbsp. butter-flavor Crisco 2/3 to 3/4 cup regular milk 3 cups chopped apples 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon and or apple pie spice Chopped nuts 1 can of white frosting Maraschino cherries Sift flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar together. Cut in shortening and add milk to make a soft dough. Knead gently on floured board. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Brush with melted butter; cover with chopped apples. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon over apples. Roll jelly-roll fashion and form in semi-circle on greased baking sheet. Bake in 425º F degree oven for 20-25 minutes. While warm frost with white frosting. Sprinkle with chopped nuts over frosting. Decorate with cherries.

Serve this delicious apple dessert warm with a big scoop of vanilla or butter pecan ice cream, or top with whipped cream. INGREDIENTS: * 2 cups coarse soft bread crumbs * 2/3 cup granulated sugar * 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon or orange zest * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 4 large apples, thinly sliced * 3 tablespoons melted butter * 1/4 cup orange juice PREPARATION: Heat oven to 350°. Butter a 1 1/2-quart baking dish or spray with a baking spray. Combine bread crumbs, sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon. I Am Getting Paranoid..
I just wondered if other members have this happening to them. I get a message in my shoutbox.."Hi Rick..."..I reply, they reply, i ask how they are doing, hows the world treating you,etc. etc..nothing rude, no dirty comments, no perving, just being friendly...then.. nothing..no reply, no "sorry, got to go"...nothing...i am just sat there wondering. Curried Pasta-vegetable Salad
Serves 4 1 1/2 cups fresh corkscrew pasta in three colors, boiled for a few minutes, drained, freshened under cold water and drained again (to stop cooking process) 1/2 cup frozen peas 1/4 cup shredded carrots 2 tbs golden raisins 1 cup shredded cabbage 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup sliced celery 1/2 cup sliced almonds DRESSING: 1 cup nonfat mayonnaise1 tsp (or to taste) curry powder 3 tb Balsamic vinegar salt and pepper to taste 1 tb Dijon mustard 1 small minced shallot or garlic clove Fresh cilantrillo or parsley for garnish. Fresh shredded Parmesan to taste (offered to guests, for their optional selection) Combine the pasta, peas, carrots, raisins, shredded cabbage, finely chopped onion, celery and sliced almonds in a salad bowl. Whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. When ready to serve, garnish with the cilantrillo and pass the Parmesan.

Ingredients 12 oz. boneless chicken breasts (about 3 halves) 1 dried red chili 1 1/2 Tbs. peanut oil 1/3 C. shelled peanuts 2 Tbs. water 2 Tbs. dry sherry 1 Tbs. soy sauce 1 Tbs. chili bean sauce 1 tsp. sugar 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 scallions, chopped 1 tsp. grated ginger 2 tsp. rice or cider vinegar 1 tsp. sesame oil Directions Dice the chicken into 1 in. cubes. Mudslide Brownies
A rich Kahlua glaze tops off these exceptional brownies. Ingredients 2 C. All-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. Baking powder 1/2 tsp. Salt 2/3 C. Unsalted butter 4 oz. chocolate chips 3 Eggs 1 1/2 C. Sugar 4 Tbs. Coffee liqueur 2 Tbs. Irish Crème liqueur 1 Tbs. Vodka 3/4-C. coarsely chopped walnuts (opt.) Kahlua Glaze: 1 1/4 C. powdered sugar 3 Tbs. Coffee liqueur Directions Sift flour with baking powder and salt. In small saucepan, combine butter and chocolate. Set over low heat, just until chocolate is melted. Set aside. In bowl, beat in dry ingredients, chocolate mixture, coffee liqueur, Irish crème liqueur and vodka. Fold in nuts. Pour into 13x9-inch pan and bake at 350F about 25 minutes. Cool in pan. Spread with Kahlua Glaze. Decorate with whole coffee beans, if desired. Cut into squares and serve. Makes 24
