ARNDTS - Janis V. Arndts, 73, of Albion, passed away at her home on September 6, 2008, after a lengthy illness. Born in Albion, MI, on August 26, 1935, to Howard and Murtice Dean, she was a lifetime resident of Sheridan Township, graduated from Albion High School in 1954 and attended Jackson Community College. She married Chris Arndts in August, 1959. After she was married, she devoted herself to making a home and raising her three sons. Alot of you know I have put in an offer on a house, in the Pocono Mountains (it is located approx. 10 miles south of Pocono raceway) it was submitted August 17, 2008...Because the house is in pre-forclosure, The decision is left up to the bank, who they feel will be the right buyer, and of course how much they will get in return..It has been a really long process, and a very nerve racking one to say the least, when the bid went in, there were 3 other offers on the table (4 all together) In the first week, 2 had dropped out, leaving mine, and one other, 1 1/2 weeks ago my broker sent me a paper to sign, stating there will now be a processer working for us on our behalf, (sort of as a go between the bank, and my broker, brokers are not permitted to contact the bank, but a processor can) I agreed to pay 1% of the total sale price of the house at closing, if my offer was the one accepted.....to make a long story short, i just received a call from my broker...the other bidder has dropped ou

IM just fuckin tired now. Sunday, 12/7/08 10:00 P.M. I just arrived home from being gone at a friends house, and i do my usual search of things gone wrong in my apartment. my toilet leaks, so my bathroom was flooded, and my gerbils had plenty of food and water, but i check on them anyways. I come to find out My gerbil that has been in rough shape for a while finally kicked the bucket. it looked so sad; all skinny and frail, liveless with closed eyes. i didn't notice it at first because the other had buried it under the bedding. but i eventually saw the limp tail, and i knew it was no coming out of this state like it had before.

I have stuff going on with my eyes right now. I went to my eye dr. and couldn't focus on any of the lines on the chart. I'm on an antibiotic drop for my eyes so they can start focusing again. And about 4 or 5 years ago it was brought up that I might need a cornea transplant due to scarring on my cornea that I got about 5 or 6 years ago. And the doctor confirmed that I need it still. (He tried to make it better with a really strong steroid first before going the surgery route.) I did a little research on a cornea transplant. It is an outpatient surgery but has a year recovery. It might be a while before I get it though because of insurance and crap. IAnd I can put it off which is good cuz I saw the vid on how the do it and ewwww gross. You get 16 stitches in your eye. i feel bad, my lil princess works as a counselor in a home for troubled teen girls. two of them were arguing and she went to go diffuse the situation when the girl that was in her room slammed the door. it pinched off the tip of her middle finger, taking all the meat from the bone up. she went to the trauma center and they flapped it and closed it over the bone. instead of going home after this she went back to work to talk to the girl to tell her she wasn`t mad at her. the girl is one of my daughters favorites and she knew it was an accident. she made sure she lost none of her privileges and took her to lunch today i feel bad i wasn`t there to hug her but i am so proud of her for thinking more of her young charge than her own injury.

I was so shocked lastnight when watching american idol. I thought for sure danny or Chris was going home. Adam is a guarantee i think that he will be there..and allison was really good. Where Has The Time Gone?
Cannot believe how slack I am with the blog, am such a lazy bugger. The past few nights have been great, show selling so well and audiences to die for. I love NZ. Ok, so its been awhile since I've done anything here. Work is keeping me way too busy, but I'm not complaining. I did get a chance to go to the festival Friday, it was chilly and rainy and I told my mom that I thought it was a bad idea to set up down there to try and sell tickets to the concert she's hosting in August. I lost a dear close friend and the world has lost a beautiful person. Her family, her Husband of 28 yrs and their three children have lost a very loving, kind, so proud of them Mother! Kinda funny how we view things sometimes, I know for the most part we judge others by their actions and ourselves by our intentions. My Recovery

My First Night
