First Dream I had a dream that I was no longer working at Wal-Mart (yes, I really do work there) because some catastrophie had happened and I was fired. On halloween night I got into a really bad car wreck. We flipped the car 1 1/2 times. We had to go to the hospital and get some x-rays done. We both are ok, but we are really really sore right now. My neck and my knee are killing me. They gave me some pain killers for it but it seems like their not doing anything at all for me. The insurance company called. The girl I was riding with has full coverage so all my bills are taking care of and I also will be getting up to $1000.00 for pain and suffering. That is fucking awesome. Creation Of Aterrorist!!
Just one of my blogs from my myspace, an oldie, but you guys and gals might like!! So today i was getting ready to head out once again. Usually these excursions last on ly 4 or 5 hours, but some times they can last from before the sun comes up and last well after the sun has set. Today was one of those long days we dread. It started after breakfast. Kowing that we were going to miss lunch we pack up on fruits, bread, sandwich meats, as well as drinks, gatorade, cola, and 7 up. Yeah we have a cooler, with ice. What a great invention, ice i mean. We get our trucks ready to roll, and head out at 0800. We drive around and pick up the I.P.'s (Iraqi Police) and start our patrols. This last for about 2 hours. We stop and set up a TCP (tactile control point) to stop and search vehicles, and people. We are teaching the IP to look for contraband, bombs, things like that. It turns out to be a fairly decent day. No real big problems, no explosions, no gunshots, a great day

Six months they say. That's what they give. The powers that be say 6 months. How can you tell someone that they only have 6 months left to live. Ok I wake up one Sunday morning about 7am my time to do my show not thinking anything of it. It snowed early for this area. Normally Northwestern Missouri doesn't see snow until January or February. When I was living in the city the change in the weather was always in the background, something merely to deal with. Now that I am living with the trees as neighbors, I can feel the winter cycle of the year like never before. The snow gives a grace to where I live, and a quiet harmony. I can sense a change in the spirit of this place as the snow falls, as if a restfulness envelopes the land. This place is happy with the falling snow, and that energy flows through me. I feel more connected to this place now than ever before.

About Me Some More
2006 was a very difficult year for me. I went to see my grandmother, who was sick and was being cared for by a caretaker, my father and hospice, down in California. My grand mother 2 yrs ago found out she had bladder cancer no one knows why or how or will tell me why. I knew my grandma was sick because when I went down there 2 yrs ago, I knew she had reconstructive bladder surgery. Well I had been talking to my granny knowing she was sick and told her I was going to come as soon as I could that I need to buy my car and I would come to see her. Well I went and it took I swear like 14 hrs when it should have taken longer. my kids, b/f and I went. We got to talking and knowing my grandma knew she wasn't up for a chat! Lol. Whens My Flight???
I think I've missed my flight. What flight you ask...the flight to my life. Its not that I have a bad life...eventhough somedays I do say "damn this sucks". I just feel like...I'm stuck. I try to change things and it just never works out. I try to find different roads to take only to end up at a dead end. But not before I get my hopes up high. Am I the person to blame? Am I not allowing things to happen for themselves and am I being to overly critical? I used to think everyone on earth was here for a purpose. The Funeral & Nyc
The Big Apple... Never do get tired of seeing the place. Big city, rude people, cars whizzing down the streets of Manhattan doing what seems like 130mph... It's all a part of the NYC experience. We walked around 1 World Trade Center Drive, ate in a true NYC Bagel Shop and stayed in what's called a Hostel in Manhattan's Upper West Side. We rode the subway (It was CaliforniaMoonKid's first subway ride), talked to alot of different people, and decided it was time to come home. The funeral was nice... Short and sweet and enough for me to just get the heck outta there and start coming home. All-in-all it was a nice trip. But I'll never go back to the city. Memorial Day 2007
So I just wanted to share with you my experience this weekend. I attended the Memorial at our local VA cemetery and what an honor and privilege it was. There must have been 1200 plus people in attendance, vets and cilvilians alike some with their kids and grand kids. I try and attend every year, I am not sure it has ever had such an effect on me as this year. As hard as I tried to keep it together and hold back the tears, be the tough Marine I couldn't do it. Just the thought that Freedom is not free, that so many have died for all of us just overwhelmed me. So many times we go about our daily lives rushing around from place to place and not taking the time to reflect on what we have and why we have it. I arrived in uniform with 12 dozen yellow carnations. I had every intention of making sure that ever grave that did not have flowers would have at least one carnation. Pretty much most of what is coming out of the music industry is crap these days. In some ways I view the past decade as kind of a redux of the 1970’s. It seems that the music industry really wants music to be like die cast pieces of metal coming out of a steel foundry. What To Do....
So Ive been a cook for about 10 years now. Im really good at it and really enjoy doing it, but I my last few jobs have really taken the fun out of it for me. More Band Trouble
Well this may be a long post but I need to get some stuff off my chest here. For the past 3 years mt band has been together we have had some major issues that we have overcome. There was the weird uncle who said he could beat me at drums. ^ months ago I finally had enough and laid down the sticks. In front of 3 impartial judges we both did a 3 minute "solo" at a music store on the same drum set. In front of his nephew (the bass player) I kicked his arse all over the place. I beat him in every category from speed to improvisation to originality to groove. I got top marks from the judges HE hand picked. In a possible of score of 50 points I scored 49 points while he scored a lousy 10. At stake if he won I would leave the band, give him my Westburys and he would be the new drummer. Been Awhile Since I Updated....
Well, lets see here, its been a little over 2 months since I last wrote a blog and updated everyone on me and since I checked on everyone else :) The last few months have been crazy....I started a new job at 7-eleven and have been there about 2 months now. I seem to work all the time and dont seem to have days off, well thats what it feels like. There is some major talk on me moving up and being trained as an Assistant Store Manager, which will be nice. We will see where this takes me....lots of open doors now. About the time I lost contact with everyone was about the time that I started talking to Stephan. He lives in Ireland, is a bit older than me, and was talking about moving to the states by the end of April of 2008. Ok so here's something else that really irritates me... It really irks me when someone runs their mouth without knowing what they are really talking about first. Now I'm sure I am guilty of doing this a time or two, but I (at least) have learned that it is best to hear the other person out before freaking out. Unfortunately there are more people out there that have failed to learn that small lesson in life. So, they continue to bitch and bluster about, only to look the jackass when the truth finally does smack them in the face. Now I would much rather feel a tiny bit assinine for not understanding the situation and having it be explained to me, than feel like a complete jackass when I am proven completely wrong. Call me crazy if you will. I just wish others would take the time to hear the sides of a situation before jumping aboard the bandwagon for either side. Make informed decisions people, don't just dive in head first without looking first. I mean seriously.
