Finally Out Of Michigan!!!!!!!!!
Well what can i say? I am finally moving out of Michigan. In roughly about 6 months I will be heading to Missouri to start my life over. I have to very dear friends down there to which I am thankful that I have them in my life. I will be looking to get back into the bar scene there and hold a day job as well to get my finances set up. I feel this is an opportunity of a lifetime to move on with my life and leave Michigan behind and the declining economy here. I have met some wonderful people there and cant wait to get there. Wild Cherokee Rose It is said that over 100,000 Native Americans were removed from their homelands during the Trail of Tears of 1838. New Year New Job
Glory to God, I Have a job. I have been Hired at the Walmart Supercenter as an overnight stocker. It's a stable income for $7.90 per Hour which is much better than the pay I was recieving from 20/20 Marketing I'm still open to get the job with the city if it comes up, so I am happy and relieved that I at least have some form of employment. On a side note I am also Happy that my 3 girls are lice free for the most part and are in school. 2 of them still have a couple stray nits that have to be pulled, but all 3 are in school today, and it is a quiet and good day. A Memory Is All I Have Left
On Friday January 25 2008 my little brother Joseph Tyree Bryant was shot down and killed by the one thing I hate most in the world a pussy with a fucking gun!!!! So, What Now?
its now been 8 days since I crushed my marriage and things are slowly becoming bearable once again. Family and friends are on hand with sympathy and try to take my mind off things, and God bless em for trying. Not much to report as yet, but my solicitor is advising me what to do next. So Far So Good
Well now have had a couple weeks at my new job and it's been unusual working overnight and sleeping in the day. My current days off are Monday night and Tuesday night. And my breaks are scheduled for 12:00 Midnight and 05:00AM. And Lunch at 02:00AM for an hour. Actually I need to set an alarm to remind me about breaks, It's steady work so time seems to fly by, I like that.

On Raising Kids...
I would like to add that we cannot control everything our kids are gonna be forced to deal with, emotionally and physically. Let's face it...we are raising them to live in the REAL world...and in the REAL world, folks don't always make the right decisions, and folks actually get hurt. The hurt prepares us for bigger things. Just a thought - from someone who was not sheltered, then sheltered, then not sheltered, then VERY sheltered. I needed the tools to face those obstacles as a teen that were never appropriated to me. And, as a parent of a preteen, I try vehemently to ensure my child has what it takes... That's all. I canNOT believe how immature some people are on this site. I mean, this is an adult site, yet a lot of the people I come across act younger than my 14 year old brother. Illness In My Home
If I seem out of touch to you all, well I am off my game. For those of you who know me and talk to me the most, you know about my son Noah and all that we have been going through with him. Noah has been sick off and on since January of this year. Something wrong with his stomach. As of this posting, we still have no answers. Poor Noah has been through alot of tests, with probably alot more on the way. We were at Urgent Care for about 3 hrs. today, with more tests that revealed nothing. He suffered through some indignities that I would have hated. Took it like a champ though. A couple of you even know of the "other" problem he's having, but I won't mention here. This whole thing has me very stressed out, and Noah too. I feel very inadequate as a parent right now because I can't offer him any "magic" to take away his pain and distress. Why is it so hard for me to trust someone? I want to believe everything everyone says or does, but find it more difficult each minute. An Emotional Day

My Aunt.
I am scared to death. My aunt was just diagnosed with cancer. The prognosis doesnt look good. And treatment doesnt look like much of an option. To top it all off, she just moved to Louisiana so my uncle could work because michigan sucks. She was the only person in my life to ever love me unconditionally with no strings attached exept my grandma and she died in 2002 of cancer. Why do they call it a freeway when our tax dollors pay for it? That ain't really free. Why is it I can watch a really gory movie while eating and not have an upset stomach? Trip To Florida (part 1)
Travel Journal (an almost verbatim account of our vacation taken May 12, 2008 till May 31, 2008) Day 1, May 12, 2008. Monday, Early Evening. We have set up camp on an old abandoned road in the Nantahala National Forest near Franklin, North Carolina. BB pitched the tent as I gathered firewood. Lucky for us, there is an abundance of dried wood all around our site, so I don’t have far to go to get plenty. It’s just now on the edge of dark, we have a fire going, and BB is playing some Native sounding love tunes on a blue plastic flute, as well as some tunes that sound like something out of another century. Something that brings to mind stories of Knights and damsels in distress, and the Knight must protect any damsel in need of his services…but this particular damsel in distress has long ago captured his heart and soul, even before they actually met, as if they knew each other from a dream or perhaps a past existence. Well I'm thinking of getting rid of my MacBook. The more I play with it, the more I don't like it. I miss a lot of the things on Windows. I've also been having problems with a few programs. And I'm still worried about the compatibility issues when I turn in school work. UGH! I just can't seem to do anything right these days. Hell, I don't even know if I can "return" it now. It’s a Monday in Michigan (and just about everywhere else too for that matter) and I am back in Michigan…Wow time fly’s every time you just want it to stay and last…Mandy is now a Floridian and starts her job on Tuesday as well as has her classes lined up. She had to take a placement test for College Placement (to determine where best that person is suited in ability, so they would not be over or under their head in learning ability) She tested very high in math so she was placed in higher math entry classes and just below the top slot in language and reading. She is happy however she does have to travel to two separate campuses due to her chosen art field is not what the counselor thought would be best for her abilities. So she is all set and ready.
