MMOs tend to have dedicated fan bases and everyone has their favourite: Aion, City of Heroes, WoW, Guild Wars, Lord of the Rings Online ... the list goes on and on. PART ONE: Today's entry 9:26am Monday Sept. 25, 2006 Most people I talk to tell me that they have no fears of any kind other than the normal "fear of water, or fear of fire, or fear of being smothered" that type of stuff. I think that everyone has some type of fear of that physical aspect of dying that way. I know I have a fear of Snakes, especially boas or pythons that are big enough to eat someone like me for lunch. But those are just your normal everyday fears that basically are like the boogyman, you can usually get over them as you get older, or not as the case may be. It all depends on the person and their state of mind. Some of those fears never go away. For me the snake one will never go away, but that isn't my greatest fear. No Sleep...
I have been up way too long.. Im so tired but i have so much on my mind not even my meds can help me sleep tonight.. Its 5am and im thinking about bills, moving, the whole boyfriend situation.. i got the demo for the japanese version of Ape Escape (Pipo Ape Racer). this game is yet another cart racer clone. this time you are playing the apes from ape escape. I just spent the whole day with my exhusband and his new wife plus his family for a funeral. I am really surprised how things turned out and everybody remembered me and I hadnt seen them in 8 years. Out Of Nowhere
When I was about 7 or 8 I had a dog named Gus. Gus was an ugly dog, a mut in the real sense, but he was mine. I had a dog house for him and everything. We just finaly got our 95 Chevy C1500 truck the way we wanted it. We took out the 6banger it came with and dropped in a big RAT 454 bored .060 over with a chip and new injectors to handel the fuel. After putting a shit load of money to drop it and put new wheels and tires all around. we had it in a local car show and got a lot of attention. we were really proud that all our hard work was respected . My 2006 Memories
2006 was quite a year indeed..... The first of the year my tennents decided to move out over night next door at my rental house... august 29th, 2006, i celebrated 11 years of sobriety. cosmic coincedence: in pagan tradition, august 29th is the day Urda is honored. she is the eldest of the three Fates (Norns) and she represents "that which was". the runic half month Rad, which denotes the channeling of energies in the correct manner to produce the desired results, commences on august 29th. i freely tell people the details of my addiction and my recovery, if they want to know. unless they are stuck in a treament center or jail that i am speaking in, then they don't have much of a choice. the point is that i am not ashamed and often this has led to someone asking me how for help with their own addiction. this is why i still attend 12 step meetings.it is so i can help those who are new and those who are struggling, and so i can learn.
