Ok so i just went on a little adventure to help with some things for the animal shelter my moms friend runs... Unfortunitly the shelter is a lie. theres numerus dogs at my moms house and an entire apartment full of dogs and cats down the road and god knows what else. they adopt animals out on the weekends and what not but arent ever successful at it. anyway the reason for this blog is the appartment that i just went to. i had to pull a dead cat out of one of the rooms. when i first walked into the appartment i immedietly wanted to vomit. the floors were covered in animel waste, the walls and floors were destroye... there were about 10 dogs in the livingroom area. the smell was horrible. then i got to the bedroom (cat room) there was atleast 10 cats there and the two litter boxes were full and needed to be dumped badly. and the smell was much worse then in the livingroom. between the two boxes lay a dead cat :( i wanted to cry. i wrapped the cat in a towel and put it in a box a

Just....things.... First game of the season is today. For the first time in 8 years of coaching this team I am nervous. Mostly because I really think THIS could be the year. My husband is getting better every day. He is getting better all the time. He is back from his business trip and is going to his speech therapist today and should knock the socks off his therapist with the progress he has made so far. Sometimes I Feel As If I'm Insane...
Do any of you know what its like to suffer from a mental illness? Because of the traumatic things in my past its left me with some very deep emotional scars in the form of illnesses I can't get over. As i look back now, 7 years later, I realize that day was a pivotal point in my mental status. thats when i started going downhil into the slide to where im at now. That was the day i started withdrawing and becoming more and more agorophobic, not leaving the house unless i had to. Even though i pushed for my advancement, if the doctors had been paying attention, then i might not be where i am now. i was an assistant manger for a gas station and slowly became unable to deal with cutomers. i started calling in sick, leaving early and coming in late. To My Family And Friends
My Dear Friends! Time is flying and tomorrow will be my last day at home for a while. I am going to a hospital for back operation. I have been dealing with often terrible pain for over a year, on morphine and limited with my activities. One of the best neurosurgeons will remove my bulged disk which is blocking sciatic nerve, remove some of the vertebra and replace it with coral and clean some fat and calcium deposits there. Of course I am scared, there is always a risk in every operation BUT I trust my doctor and believe that all will end successfully. When I come back home, I will be wearing specially molded/removable cast, very limited with my movements, mostly lying down and walking a bit. It will take weeks until I will be able to do more but I am prepared for that. For now, lets just hope for the best. Hi everyone! This blog area is going to be for the Paranormal Society I run here in Baltimore, Maryland. I've been educating myself in the Paranormal for the last 10 years. And in 2008 founded The Divinus Lux Lucis Paranormal Society. In April of 2011 we were sanctioned as a student organization through The Community College of Baltimore County. Home Stretch
It's monday the 1st and it's the home stretch til I get to go back to Boston! No more humidity in uniform, no more cranky people, no more no ac, no more half meals, no mor humvees or minivans. The only things I actually somewhat enjoyed out here were sitting outside after work (when the bugs weren't bad) and getting to talk to a certain someone more. I went a month without tv, crazy huh? For the last eight years I've watched on TV as the names of the people lost on 9/11 were read aloud at Ground Zero. I saw in the crowd people holding photos of the loved one they lost. Each photo a story of a life cut short. This year I saw some of those family members in person. I SAW the photos with my own eyes..not on TV..right in front of me. All the faces I'd only seen on a television screen were looking back at me. The family members were passing me in the crowd. None of them knowing how far I'd traveled to be there. Feeling Great!
For those that haven't talked to me in a while, I've got great news. I finally found the motivation to get things back on track. Last June I slowly let my life fall apart when my mother was diagnosed with cancer. As a result of that I let myself get out of shape and I gained back the 50 pounds I had lost years ago plus some extra. I am proud to say that on February 26th (6 weeks ago) I started eating right again and as of today I was down 20 pounds, only 50 more to go. :) I was able to put on a pair of jeans I bought last August but never fit. I've been going strong and have felt no real desire to cheat. My goal has been 1600-1800 calories per day and 30 carbs and I consistantly stay on target every day. Tonight I did my first real workout in over a year. I'm exhausted but it feels great. I bought a balance ball and 2 pound weights for sculpting and worked out in the basement. Surgery
It's very long, so if you dont read it i'll understand. I don't really like to share my real life too often, but i have to get this outta my head and on paper. Maybe hearing you guys will help me out. I got back from the doctors an hour ago, and have been thinking. For the 5 people who read my blogs, they know that i had a surgery canceled for July 17,2008. Too dangerous they said. So i'll just have to live with the everyday pain, and be high all the time. I didn't like this option, so i went for a second opinion last Friday. Today i'm told by a different surgeon that they can do it, with little risk of paralysis. But the scar will be my entire back and i'll be laid up for almost 2 months. The doctor says my first doctor was being lazy and relying on new medicines. (Lasers and such). He'd do it old school, messy but effective. I have no problem with the scar. Chicks dig scars. I have no problem being in bed for 2 months. Hell, little price to pay instead of being in pain yo

Death In My Family
Well I may not be around much within the next few days since my cousin passed away on wednesday morning. It bothers me that my daughter & i just had breakfast on monday morning ... he came around on tuesday and next thing i know i get "the call" letting me know that he was found deceased in the morning ... wow what a bomb ... so needless to say this is gonna suck because i have family coming from everywhere, so California & all and they are in for a major let down since i live in a little itty bitty place in Oklahoma. 3 Year Old Dies After Being Left In Car In Mid-city
Police: "Caretaker left boy in car for 8 hours during scorching temperatures." NEW ORLEANS, LA--New Orleans Police are investigating the death of a 3 year old who was left inside a locked car in Mid-City. Police were on the scene in the 600 Block of Scott Street late Tuesday afternoon. The child was found in a car parked outside a home. Ok theres only one thing botherin me with this. Bout 15 yrs ago, I almost bit it in a hunting accident.
