You know, I am all for e-mails, but when I am at work and reading my work e-mails, how is it the I get spammed???? I am a female, I do not have a penis and it does not need to be enlarged. Once again I do not have a penis and I don't need viagra or any other drug to keep it hard. The men in my life do not need to have their penis' enlarged nor do they need to be on drugs to keep it hard!!!! How do I stop it??? I really hate these types of e-mails, because when I have a client with me or on the phone and they are asking about an e-mail they have sent, I have to delete all the penis enhancing e-mails. Want to clean out the dead weight in your account and get a much more accurate number of actual friends you have? He's Gone....

1 (2-2 1/2 lb) chicken, cut up or split 1 cup rice, long-grain 1 small can garbanzo beans 1 heaping teaspoon onion flakes salt,pepper and cinnamon to taste 1 tablespoon butter 2 cups water Mix all ingredients, except chicken and place in large glass baking dish. Deathroof Youth Or How I Got My 1st Speeding Ticket
Recently I was reminded of my 1st speeding ticket. I was 18 at the time and had just bought a car for $100 from a couple I worked with. Wtf?
Today, a humming bird flew around my building, came over and stopped right in front of me. It just stopped like 2 feet from my face, sat and stared at me for over a min. Then flew back in the same exact path that it flew in from. Rapture Day 4
May 24th, 2011~ Day 4~ Sixth Entry : The traps are set. I fashioned traps to stop the Zombies in their tracks. (I hope). These traps work much like the guillatine . If a Zombie should get past the warning signal which is made from aluminum cans strung up across the entry way to the Grange, then they will trip a line that will drop a rapidly swinging blade, that should slice off their heads. (unless theyre really short). I have several view points in the Grange where I am able to see out from all sides of the bldg. From these points I can fire at intruders. Unless they can prove they are friendlies, they will be shot. Cooper is resting soundly at the moment. He doesn't seem to be concerned that there are any intruders wandering about the grounds here at the Grange. I think I will take his calmness as my clue to try and get some rest myself.

Loss
loss is a part of life. It will be 3 years this month that my dearest friend Phyllis passed away. Yes there is a loss in my life as she is no longer here with us. She is greatly missed by all who loved her. My life has an empty place in it without her but I know she is in a better place. I know she would not want me grieving over her. We are getting closer and I am so excited. My appointment went great. My BP was 113/67...I didnt gain any weight the past 2 weeks. So, I am in the midst of a real dilemma and I don't want to MuMM about it. I am trying to keep my mouth shut, but it's getting harder to do. Well it is other July. Another birthday come and gone so know I am going backwards with my age haha. had a decent 4th of july weekened except the fireworks are were on July 1st. Air Show Saturday
Everyone know what has been going on with me medically, so here goes an update! Tuesday I have a follow up appointment to double check exactly what is going on with my breathing. Well, I am sure some of you know for the first time in my Fubar career I achieved much to my suprise a day of being purple. It was not because I was pushing the site, wanted to be purple or needed the points..it wa because it was Sauturday night..hot as heck..and I was bored on AOL. I was in a chatroom full of people who wanted to see my pic. Instead of emailing a pic I just sent them all a link to join under me so they automatically would be my friend and see my pics. I had no idea 8-10 people would sign up in a short matter of time. That is all said and done..great stuff right?WRONG!!!!I guess being purple made it so that NO ONE came to my page that 24 hours. I fell right off the map!!!! Weird how people love you one day, and hate you the next. Was it jealousy? or just a fluke?

My First And Last Rate Contest

Isn’t it kinda funny how history has a habit of repeating it self. Not to long ago I started talking to a friend I had not seen in several years. It was like old times again; when she needed to vent or talk I was there. No matter what time it was, 2 a.m., 7 a.m., 2 p.m. it didn’t matter. I can't believe that I finally have come to the conclusion that it isn't safe to take my children to the park without my husband along anymore. What Would You Do?

I'm Ready For My Close Up Mr Demille
Yesterday I went to Pittsburgh to take part in the shooting of "The Dark Knight Rises." It's about a 3 and a half hour drive from Buffalo, and shooting started at 7 am. So, I left here about 3AM and made the drive. They had us park by the old, and I mean old, hockey stadium and bussed us over to Heniz Field. I had to sign a non disclosure agreement, so I am not sure what I am really allowed to post, but I can tell you it was awesome, and a pain in the ass all at the same time. The weather was cloudy in the morning, and we did get some rain. Of course they had just moved us from a covered area to out in the open when it started raining, so that was nice. Then when the sun came out in all it's glory, I was up in the nosebleeds getting the full blast of the sun. We did so many takes of everything, I hope that it turns out well. I was sitting in three different places for the filming, and I don't know for sure I am on Camera. They did put us in an area they said was showing up

It started becuz i was borderline diabetic. Anyways.. since then I have lost 47lbs. I only want to lose about 10more lbs. It has been getting extremely hard. Posture
As an ex-professional photographer I know it's possible to take a 6 and turn them into a 10 simply by having them stand up straight. If you want to know what perfect posture is then find a blank wall, stand with your back to the wall. Your heels, bum, shoulder blades and head should all touch the wall. Now pull your shoulders back so that they are inline with your ears. This was taught to me by a physiotherapist friend while I was recovering from a ruptured disk in my back. I know it will feel weird at first but it will become your natural posture over time. Proper posture will flatten the tummy somewhat and make the chest appear bigger.

Just....things.... First game of the season is today. For the first time in 8 years of coaching this team I am nervous. Mostly because I really think THIS could be the year. So I realize that over the years I have been through alot of shit. Over half of it I put myself through. For the past two years I have been wanting to go into the military. Child Abuse
A day at work... Last friday i went with one of my clients to the doctor for a regular vaginal examination. The doctor took his time and when i looked at his face, he was looking really surprised and shocked. He showed me why and i still cant believe what i saw... Half a jam jar in her vagina! I was really shocked myself. I know she does that kind of things, because it belongs to her syndrome. But there is a difference between knowing and seeing. I went to the ER with her as soon as possible to remove the jam jar. Spend 5 hours in the hospital with a very agressive client. But can you imagine... It made me so sad knowing that she is sexual abused as a child and now she is so mentally fucked up that she does things like that. I cant get it out of my mind. Its so sick to abuse a child!

Clearing Up Confusion
Well I am Back Finally:D As most ppl know I am in a new Duty Station now and finally got settled in to the house and got it stocked up and ready for my Family to move into. It is a relief to be done with that part of this transition. What some of you may not understand is that the new job I am in requires a whole new level of concentration because I am out of my field of work now for the most part. I am not forecastiong the weather in this duty. I am in a combat unit now. What this means is that the training I am undergoing right now requires 110% of my focus and concentration in order for me to learn what I need to in order to return alive each time I deploy. What this means is that I may not be as chatty or interactive as I was when I was in Hawaii. Bridegroom Hirotomo Yoshikawa and bride Tomomi Sato have been the first to take up a Tokyo shopping center’s offer of free aerial weddings. The couple exchanged rings as they "floated"; using the same technique as is used in films such as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Their friends and relatives watched the wedding ceremony from a nearby staircase. A spokesman for the shopping centre says those who wish to be married on the wire should not weigh more than nine stone two pounds.

Sleeping Habits
well, lately i have actually been sleeping, but now, i am waking up at weird times at night. like few nights ago i woke up at 1:11 am, 2:22 am, 3:33 am, and then fianlly slept until my husband got up for work at 5:30 and, and then went back to bed. just the other night i woke up at 1:11 am, 2:12 am, and 3:13 am. then again slept through the night until my hubby got up for work at 5:30 am. i wonder if its a way that my body is preparing me to wake up every hour when our son is born or if my body is just being weird. but i think ill be fine.

The Lounge
just some thoughts that i have about the lounge....the reason i started the hiding place lounge was to give people a cool place to hang out and talk, and to keep it drama free. We have done our best to do just that. We are not perfect, but we try really hard. I have the best staff in the world and there definetly unreplacable. We just want to let u know that we dont care who comes in as long as u dont start drama. When i started the lounge the goal was to get as many members as possible and nothing else. I have to say that wasnt easy, but also thats no longer the goal. We no longer care how many people we can get to be members. We just want people to come on there own and see what we have to offer. Im not gonna beg its up to you if u wanna come or not. But i do promise this. You will meet some really awesome people, hear some really good music, and that you will want to come back. I have changed my hair coloer many time. From brown to black to blond. Its that time agen. My brown routs are starting to show.. I don't know if I should go back to brown, blak or stay blond.. My Baby Girl Won !
Tesslee my baby girl 3 months entered in her first beauty pageant Sunday and took Queen . I was so suprised but she done well and cheesed the whole time . She won a trophy, tiara, sash and toy .Also she got her way payed to compete at state with my other girls .. I am so excited . They make me proud !
