Kids And Medication
I have to say that I am disgusted with the school systems. My son has something that used to be called ants in his pants. always gotta be doing something. well here is the deal, we took him (at the order of the school system) to a Dr. and he promptly diagnosed the issue as being ADD. that having been said they told us to put him on concerta, which is a ritalin type of medication. Here in lays the problem in that it made him into a zombie, I mean sure the teachers had a nice calm classroom but my kid might as well have been asleep. Now we moved him into a school that is geared for High IQ kids and a fast pased learning. He is doing great. to top it all off they have gym twice a day, and I mean a structured gym where they have to play team sports and leagues and such. Only two stipulations, he cannot be on any kind of medications, and he cannot have access to the internet. If he needs to do research on the computer then they have all the encyclopedias on dvd's over the internal network.

Im Pissed Time To Vent!
I have been on the job for going on 6 years now most of them as seargent and shift supervisor. I am one of very few who has literally dealt with just about every type of call imaginable. Shootings, stabbing’s, suicides, murders, major disasters, hostage situations, rapes, dangerous rescues, bombs both fake and real. Usually I am the 1st to arrive on the scene and on more than one occasion the only one. I have met and gotten to know so many people many of whom are still grateful for my actions in their time of need. I have saved lives and in all the years only lost one life, 2 year old reese mccasland a SID’s victim, whom I received praise from paramedics for trying to save him. Crap Jobs I Have Had
I like my job a lot, its probably the best job i ever had and i got to thinking about some of the awful jobs ive had in the past. I used to work for a security company once but at the time i was heavily into drugs so i guess they fired me for being a security, um, liability.. They had me watching a milk produce factory and quite literally the only thing i had to do was to check a monitor once an hour to make sure that the temperature was steady on the milk cooling tank, somehow i managed to screw that up so all the milk turned to yoghurt or something. Last Night

I like people thinking I'm funny, and there's not much I love more than making people laugh. The more I know and talk to you, the more I can usually make you laugh. Right now I've been encouraged to try out for Second City, and I'm working on stuff I can bring. I'm so insecure but I'd rather crash and burn then to have never tried at all. I took drama in school and LOVED improv, so I think that's a plus. Anyway, I've been exposed to comedy all my life thanks to my weird parents, and starting from the age 3 going chronologically, here's the hilarious heroes that influenced me. I posted a bulletin earlier about 6 of my pics getting flagged nsfw. The pics that were flagged were NOT, in my opinion, nsfw. They showed only my belly button or my CLOTHED ass. NO nudity. Been Missing
Sorry I haven't been around much. I'm on the job out in Phoenix and been on nightshift working 13 hours a day. Add the hour and a half drive to that for round trip and I get pretty tired. But, even after all that, I go out and cook up some food on the grill almost every morning and work on my tan by the pool. I'll try to get back on when more when I can. Thankful To Be Home...
I have returned from vacation, while it was nice to get away...there's just no place like home. It was a difficult but fun trip, my son and I got a flu bug while we were down there. Being sick on vacation is never any fun but it showed me how good the Lord can be. I was allowed to come home early without having any problems. The Lord is good! I have had a few days of rest, my son and I are almost back to normal and are ready to face our regular schedules once more. Please pray for my mom as she has also came down with this flu. Memorial Ride for Fallen Soldiers There was thunder you could hear for miles in Western Minnesota this weekend. The sound came from a line of motorcycles almost five miles long. The meaning behind this ride did not get lost underneath the rumble. More than 400 motorcycles, almost 600 riders were part of the 2nd annual L.T.D. Memorial ride, which went from Montevideo to Madison, then Ortonville to Morris, and finally, ended in Appleton. Hello all, well I hope your week and weekend went well. It was pretty good hear. I ended borrowing some money from my brother, and got the few things that we had to have today. Dang it's gonna suck when we have to start buying milk on our own. Got a gallon of white and a gallon of chocolate and it was $3.59 for the white, and $3.86 for chocolate. Wic is a wonderful thing, you get so many gallons of milk, cheese, eggs, juice, cereal, and a gallon of chocolate milk. IT really helps out, even if you don't have certain things for a meal, you always seem to have eggs, and cheese and milk. We have survived many months on that. Oh Yeah also peanut butter as well, which is always a good thing, both boys love it! LOL. Well things have changed once again, it looks like hubby will be taking those two days off, so my mom is going to rent the vehicle, and we are gonna drive up there with my sister and her 3 kids. he initial phases of acclimating myself to my new surroundings are going well. It is always interesting to go to a completely new place. I used to watch my cats go around and sniff the new spots to get the scent then promptly spray in order to mark territory. Funny, but humans do the same thing to some degree. Stupid Heb
Ok...So, as some of you know and for those that don't....I worked at HEB...I say worked because I quit that damn place....I had the job as soon as I handed in an application (inside source) I went through the phone interview, the in-person interveiw, gave Scott & White my pee (drug screen) went through 4 hrs or training, got my health card and then was thrown into the deli and was told how to do a few things...no instructions as to where things were kept or anything on procedures....so, I had to ask lots of questions and got on everyones nerves (If I had been trained properly, that would not have happened) After the 1st week, I'm starting to figure things out and by week 2, I had everthing under control....was garuntied (sp?) 34-40 hrs a week @ $8.25/hr...I was so happy and enjoyed working...the money was good and so where the hours....what happened? Here's what happened....I know this girl...she is my bartender at a local bar and a good friend of mine. She worked at HEB for 3 yrs.

To Honor Fallen Canadian Troops 'red Fridays'
Red Fridays Foundation of Canada is organizing a very special event. Our special event is called 'Repatriation Memorial Drive and Rally'. This event is for the honour of our fallen soldiers and a tribute to their families and all supporters of our Canadian Troops. This special drive is the same trip that a fallen soldier travels when he or she is repatriated to Canada. Just Got Diagnosed With Bells Palsy
Hello friends and visitors! I spent last night in the emergency room. Yesterday afternoon I noticed that I was having trouble closing my left eye. In the evening I was having trouble eating my dinner. It felt like I had just got back from the dentist and the novocaine had not worn off. After doing a little research on WebMD.com and talking to a nurse friend of mine, I decided I'd better get it checked out. (Do a symptom search on WebMD on "drooping face" and you can read all about it.) The ER doctor told me that I have Bells Palsy. I was familiar with this condition because my best friends dad has been through the same thing. I saw an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor today and he has given me some meds to fight the virus and relieve the swelling. It is usually caused by a viral infection. He said that a lot of people just have the virus in their bodies lying dormant until for whatever reason it decides to act up. I do not have any of the "obvious" symptoms like an ear infection

Hi It's so good to feel you are missed. You receive those signals with even the tiniest pieces of attention and you feel good. Feel free to critique me on any of these or even expand upon them…..due to my lack of dating experience I can only give some high level ideas on the topic J * Men are Not Mind Readers: Ok gals, this one should be really obvious, but for those of you that have not realized it; during the whole evolutionary process, men did not pick up the ability to read minds. Do: If a guy approaches you and you might be interested….. Give him a hint that you are might be, it makes further conversation easier. Don’t: Do not play the coy little cat and mouse game. This little game that some women think is cute is often a deterrent to future interaction. However, if you are not interested; there is always a nice way of letting them know. Of course some guys are rude and you have to take the rude approach…..but

I've went through alot and i mean alot of tacky pick ups but theres was nothing to prepare for an email I recently got on "hellspace."
